The vision is to see struggling or dying churches return to life and become kingdom-focused. 

This vision has been developed in the heart of Pastor Chris, as he has seen many churches struggle, and has pastored a few churches that have struggled.

The struggling is due to a lack of biblical leadership with in the church.

Pastor Chris has realized that biblical leadership must start at the top down, that is with the pastor leading by example, and training others.

With that the hope of this site is to provide the information and resources to help pastors lead by example, and train others to be biblical leaders.
