Kingdom Focuses Solutions is a ministry that desires to help churches become biblically healthy.

There are many solutions and strategies for leadership, this ministry desires to take the best of others and put them together to help develop strategies and solutions that are specific to the local church. 

Every local church is unique to its context; with that Kingdom Focused Solutions has learned that what works for one church or ministry does not always work for the next. Therefore, the idea is to build strategies and solutions to fit the context of the local church that is in need of developing or redeveloping leaders. 

In their book Designed to Lead, Eric Geiger and Kevin Peck state, “ Essentially the vast majority of churches admit they have absolutely no strategy for developing the people in their churches for ministry. Clearly, equipping others is a missing conviction in churches.”1

In his book Reaching People under 30 while Keeping People over 60, Edward H. Hammett states, “Churches will never go beyond their spiritual leadership, and lay leaders are certainly part of that spiritual leadership team.”2

This is a driving force behind this website project, to help churches develop strategies for developing leaders within the church, to help the church become healthy.

Geiger and Peck state, "Quite simply, a failure to equip people for ministry results in an unhealthy church."3
